This month I am playing along with Scrap around the world, inspired by the turquoise colour and the beautiful butterfly. Lovely moodboard as usual 🙂

I´ve worked with acrylic paint, gesso, distress paint, gelatos, stamps, stencil, wood veneers and so on 🙂

I am also playing along with words and paintery and their colourful challenge. Loved the text this month…flip flops…on vacation…on the beach…lovely time…lovely memory. Love this photo of my husband and son in Alanya, Turkey this year 🙂

I am also posting this LO to the challenge over at Scrapki-wyzwaniowo and this months challenge:the sea 🙂

stolt storasyster

Almost June but still time to blog this LO for the CSI challenge: CC-5, a collaboration with Archi-scraps . I´ve found this old picture of mum, me and my babybrother, the year was 1980…I´ve named the LO: stolt storasyster which means: proud bigsister in english 😀 Love the picture, so worth to remember.

All 5 colours, EVIDENCE in form of: hearts, flowers and wood.  TESTIMONY about mum bringing my babybrother home 🙂

embrace the past

This month I am playing along with Words & Paintery and their colourful challenge (see picture above) 🙂 This is my take on the colours and words:

I´ve used distress spray stains, stamps, washi tape, distress inks, distress stain, gelatos, gesso, stencil, pearls and other visible objects 😉

Denna månads utmaning hos Words & Paintery har ovanstående färger och orden Shimmer & shine som tema. Har använt mig av distress stain, distress inkpad, gesso, gelatos, mer gesso, prima-bloomspraymist, svart penna, stämplar, washi tape, paljetter. Till shimmer och shine har jag använt både shimrande rött embossingpulver och paljetter och vitt glitter. Med den här tösen i famnen så skimrar man själv i massor 😉 Alltid lika kul med dessa utmaningar, då får man verkligen släppa loss och bara skapa 🙂 This months entry for me at Words and Paintery with the colours turqcoise, pink and red. I´ve used distress stain, distress inkpad, gesso, gelatos,black pen, more gesso, prima- bloom spraymist, stamps, washi tape, sequins, and so on. For shimmer och shine I´ve used both shimmering red embossingpowder and white glitter. With this baby in my arms I start to shimmer myself 😉 Lovely challenge!

freedom tower

My entry for the novembersketch over at Once upon a sketch is this LO. My journaling is placed behind the photo, inspired by the new: One world trade center ( called Freedom tower), located next to the memorialplace of world trade center. I placed  two hinges on top of the photo so I can lift up the photo with decorations and read the journaling whenever I feel like it. I took the photo on our trip to New York last month!
